SECTION 1: ABOUT BIGEVS MAILER
Bigevs Mailer is an online advertising and promotional platform. Members can earn or purchase advertising credits and use the available services to promote websites, products, services and online opportunities.
Services may include member emails, banner ads, text ads, login ads, Solo Emails, PTC ads, affiliate tools, link tools, contests, rewards and other promotional features.
SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter into an agreement in your country, to register and use paid, commission or withdrawal features.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Bigevs Mailer is permitted under the laws that apply to you.
SECTION 3: MEMBER ACCOUNTS
You may create only one account unless written permission is provided by the administrator.
You must provide accurate registration and payment information and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for protecting your username and password. Bigevs Mailer is not responsible for account access caused by a member sharing login details or failing to protect their account.
Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared without permission.
SECTION 4: EMAILS AND ADVERTISING
Bigevs Mailer allows members to submit advertising content for distribution or display within the platform.
You are responsible for every email, website, image, link and advertisement submitted through your account.
Advertising must not contain or promote:
• Illegal activity
• Fraud, scams or misleading income claims
• Malware, viruses, phishing or harmful downloads
• Hate speech, harassment or threats
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Violence or content intended to cause harm
• Websites that interfere with navigation or prevent visitors from leaving
• Broken, deceptive or automatically redirecting links
• Content considered unsuitable for the Bigevs Mailer community
Bigevs Mailer may reject, pause or remove advertising that breaches these terms or creates a risk to members or the website.
Approval or acceptance of an advertisement does not mean that Bigevs Mailer endorses or guarantees the advertised website, product or opportunity.
SECTION 5: MAILING AND ADVERTISING CREDITS
Members may earn credits through activities such as reading emails, viewing advertisements, rewards, contests, vouchers and membership benefits.
Credits may also be purchased through available credit packages.
Advertising credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise.
Credits obtained through an error, abuse, duplicate claim, manipulated activity or technical fault may be removed.
SECTION 6: MEMBERSHIPS
Bigevs Mailer may offer Free, Silver, Gold and Platinum membership levels, including monthly, yearly or lifetime options.
The benefits, limits and prices of each membership are displayed on the website. Members should review the current membership details before purchasing.
A lifetime membership applies for the operating lifetime of Bigevs Mailer. It does not guarantee that every current feature will remain available permanently.
Membership features may be changed when necessary for security, legal compliance, service quality or the sustainable operation of the website. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid materially reducing paid benefits without good reason.
SECTION 7: PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Members are responsible for checking the product, package or membership details before completing payment.
Paid benefits and advertising credits may be activated immediately after a successful payment.
Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation, refund or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Refund requests will be considered according to the circumstances, the payment method used, whether the purchased service has already been used and any legal rights that apply.
A payment dispute or chargeback made without first contacting support may result in the account being restricted while the matter is investigated.
SECTION 8: RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Recurring subscriptions will only apply if they are clearly offered and selected during checkout.
The price and billing interval must be shown before payment.
Members will be given a method to request or complete cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals once it has been correctly processed by the relevant payment provider. It does not normally reverse a payment that has already been completed.
Until recurring subscriptions are officially enabled, memberships will be treated as one-time purchases for the duration shown.
SECTION 9: REFERRALS AND AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS
Members may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made by genuine referrals using their affiliate link.
Commission rates depend on the referring member’s membership level.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false registrations, coordinated account activity and other attempts to generate unearned commissions are prohibited.
Commissions may be held while payments and referrals are checked. Reversed, refunded, fraudulent or disputed purchases may result in the related commission being removed.
Bigevs Mailer does not guarantee any level of referral income.
SECTION 10: WITHDRAWALS
The minimum withdrawal amount is $15.
Eligible commissions may be subject to a holding period of at least 14 days before they become available for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are normally processed once per week. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, security checks and payment-provider delays.
The member is responsible for transaction or payment-provider fees unless stated otherwise.
Members must provide correct withdrawal details. Bigevs Mailer is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account, email address or wallet address supplied by the member.
Withdrawal methods and limits may vary and will be displayed in the member area.
SECTION 11: REWARDS, CONTESTS AND VOUCHERS
Bigevs Mailer may offer contests, activity rewards, welcome rewards, vouchers and limited-time promotions.
Each promotion may have its own dates, qualification rules, limits and prizes.
Rewards may be withheld or removed if activity appears automated, duplicated, fraudulent or manipulated.
Voucher codes may be limited to one use per member and may be withdrawn or changed if they are abused.
Unless otherwise stated, rewards and prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
SECTION 12: THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Members may encounter links to websites operated by other people or businesses.
Bigevs Mailer does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, payment systems, privacy practices or business opportunities.
Members should investigate third-party offers before joining, purchasing or providing personal or payment information.
Viewing or advertising a third-party website through Bigevs Mailer does not mean that the website is endorsed by Bigevs Mailer.
SECTION 13: PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
Members must not:
• Create multiple accounts without permission
• Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers or automated viewing tools
• Manipulate clicks, referrals, rewards, contests or commissions
• Attempt to access another member’s account
• Interfere with the website, server or security systems
• Submit false payment or withdrawal information
• Exploit bugs or technical errors
• Use Bigevs Mailer for unlawful or abusive activity
Technical problems or possible security weaknesses must be reported to the administrator and must not be exploited.
SECTION 14: ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Bigevs Mailer may restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, threatens the website or its members, or appears to be involved in fraud or abuse.
Where practical, the member may be contacted or given an opportunity to explain. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect members, funds, data or the website.
Serious abuse may result in the loss of advertising credits, rewards or unpaid commissions connected to the abuse.
Members may contact support if they believe action was taken in error.
SECTION 15: SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Bigevs Mailer aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Maintenance, software faults, hosting problems, attacks, third-party failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Members should keep their own copies of important advertising content and records.
No specific number of clicks, visitors, referrals, sales or earnings is guaranteed.
SECTION 16: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Bigevs Mailer name, branding, website design and original content may not be copied or reused without permission.
Members retain responsibility for content they submit and confirm that they have the right to use it.
By submitting advertising content, you give Bigevs Mailer permission to display and distribute it as required to provide the selected service.
SECTION 17: PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS
Personal information is handled according to the Bigevs Mailer Privacy Policy.
Members may receive account, security, payment and service-related communications.
Promotional communications and member emails will include the available unsubscribe or email-preference options where required.
SECTION 18: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms may be updated when the website, services, laws or business requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised terms, subject to any rights provided by law.
SECTION 19: GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts with lawful jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the member’s country.
